MY CHANGE HAS THE SEAL OF A HEALTHY WORKPLACE!

We are very proud to inform you that on April 6th, MY CHANGE received the Healthy Workplace Seal!

The award ceremony was very positive and enriching! Numerous companies from several sectors and business areas were present in a healthy environment of sharing ideas. From micro-companies to multinational companies. All are different, but all follow the “humanization of the work environment” principle. We can certainly identify with this environment and recognition, because, like those present, we believe that we are an organization that cares about people, their well-being, quality of life, and work balance.

It was an event attende by the Minister of Health, Marta Temido, and Francisco Miranda, Chairman of the Order of Psychologists. It´s already the 4th edition of these Awards, promoted by the Order of Psychologists – recognizing and distinguishing Portuguese organizations with management practices that promote safety, well-being, and health in the workplace and psychosocial risk management.

MY CHANGE works with the challenge of changing beliefs in HR Management, believes that people make the difference and for this, we need to take care of them. Talking and revealing fears and hopes is critical to being on the crest of the wave.
