{"id":884,"date":"2016-10-18T17:47:10","date_gmt":"2016-10-18T17:47:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mychange.pt\/en\/2016\/10\/18\/conferencia-sharing-my-change\/"},"modified":"2017-01-30T17:09:33","modified_gmt":"2017-01-30T17:09:33","slug":"conferencia-sharing-my-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mychange.pt\/en\/2016\/10\/18\/conferencia-sharing-my-change\/","title":{"rendered":"Sharing My Change 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In the year which celebrates its 10th anniversary My Change held on 19 October the 2nd Sharing My Change, an event on Change Management in Organizations with Focus on People.<\/p>\n<p>This was a time of sharing changes in organizations in the voice of its interlocutors, with three central themes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 SMALL GREAT TRANSFORMATION, Maria Jo\u00e3o Martins (partner of My Change) talking with Ant\u00f3nio Mexia (Chairman of EDP Board of Executive Directors)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 TEAMS IN STRATEGY CENTER: CHANGE THE CULTURE AND INTEGRATE DIVERSITY, Teresa Fialho (partner of My Change) with Gon\u00e7alo Salazar Leite (SECIL Executive Council President), Jos\u00e9 F\u00e9lix Morgado (President of Caixa Econ\u00f3mica Montepio Geral) and Alexandre Pinho (Head of Microsoft Services).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 ETHICS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE?
