Sharing My Change 2016

In the year which celebrates its 10th anniversary My Change held on 19 October the 2nd Sharing My Change, an event on Change Management in Organizations with Focus on People.

In the year which celebrates its 10th anniversary My Change held on 19 October the 2nd Sharing My Change, an event on Change Management in Organizations with Focus on People.

This was a time of sharing changes in organizations in the voice of its interlocutors, with three central themes:

• SMALL GREAT TRANSFORMATION, Maria João Martins (partner of My Change) talking with António Mexia (Chairman of EDP Board of Executive Directors)

• TEAMS IN STRATEGY CENTER: CHANGE THE CULTURE AND INTEGRATE DIVERSITY, Teresa Fialho (partner of My Change) with Gonçalo Salazar Leite (SECIL Executive Council President), José Félix Morgado (President of Caixa Económica Montepio Geral) and Alexandre Pinho (Head of Microsoft Services).

• ETHICS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE? Rute Sousa Ribeiro (Senior Manager of My Change) with António Pita de Abreu (Dean of EDP Corporate University), António Saraiva (President of IPC) and Ricardo Parreira (CEO of PHC)

Before the coffee break, Martim Vicente sang some themes of his new work “Way.”

The conference ended with a moment of poetry with Fernando Magalhães, (Director of External Frei Luís de Sousa), Pedro Ramos (Director of Groundforce Portugal) accompanied by Pedro Raposo (HR Directorthe Bank of Portugal, who played piano).

International Certification

Change Management Certification, July 2016
My Change is the first Portuguese company to receive international certification in Change Management from Global LaMarsh, one of the world references in the area of Change Management, responsible for the certification of outstanding multinational companies such as Ford, Kellogg or Ebay.

The LaMarsh Certification recognizes and validates the skills of My Change and its team, including human and behavioral aspects of change management in organizations, and as experts to engage, align and transform leaders and teams within strategic and relevant operational challenges.

This important certification comes as a further recognition of skills and competencies that My Change consolidated over the last 10 years of its activity, with close involvement and cooperation with all our business clients, in multiple sectors of activity, strengthening their internationalization processes in different geographies.

Rick Rothermel, CEO of LaMarsh, traveled to Portugal for the sole purpose of knowing and providing training to My Change team, and in person give such certification, in recognition of our references and proven skills. Rick is also a founding member of the Association for Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
